Official supplier – Le Meilleur Pâtissier on M6
In 2025, Vanissa and Le Meilleur Pâtissier are renewing their close collaboration.
Throughout the season, the contestants will elevate our Grand Cru Vanilla, rare Spices, and other Pastry Treasures.
This partnership strengthens our shared mission: making natural, high-quality ingredients accessible to all baking enthusiasts.

Vanilla, creamy, and smooth notes from Madagascar. Bold, woody, and intense notes from Uganda.
Our beans measure 16 to 18 cm — an ideal size that reflects full maturity and ensures a rich concentration of seeds. Plump and supple, they fully embody the standards of Gourmet Vanilla.
Our vanilla beans are packaged in glass tubes (sets of 10 or 20 beans) or vacuum-sealed bags (250 g, 500 g, 1 kg), ensuring optimal preservation of their freshness and aroma. Store them in a cool, dry place away from light. Properly stored, your vanilla beans won’t expire — but for maximum aromatic intensity, we recommend using them within 2 to 3 years.
Free shipping in Europe on orders over €75 (€4.90 below that). Worldwide shipping: €9.90.

Each vanilla has its own origin, terroir and fragrance. Madagascar vanilla is rich and creamy, Tahitian vanilla floral and aniseed-flavored, while Uganda vanilla is woody and chocolaty. We always specify the particularities of each origin on our product sheets.
We have opted for strict internal specifications (via our Charter of Excellence), rather than having our products certified by external bodies. No chemical inputs are used. Our vanilla is mainly grown using agroforestry practices. Finally, we favor short supply chains. Ethical trade is at the heart of our operations, and our partnerships at source are anchored in time, so our partner producers don't have to pay the extra cost of certification. As a result, they benefit more from their work and know-how.
Kept away from air, light and humidity, a vanilla pod can be stored for up to 3 years without altering its aroma.
Store at room temperature in a glass tube or airtight jar. No refrigerator. A glass jar in a cupboard is best!

Responsible Vanilla, Positive Impact
At Vanissa, every vanilla bean tells a story — the story of men, women, and families who have passed down the art of vanilla cultivation for generations, with passion and respect for traditional know-how. In Madagascar, Uganda, and Tahiti, we are committed to ethical practices and fair compensation. By favoring a short supply chain, we ensure freshness, full traceability, and a positive impact on local communities.
Our promise: exceptional vanilla, grown with respect for people and nature.
