How to use vanilla supreme ?
Vanilla supreme is ideal for all your sweet preparations: cakes, custards, creams, yogurts, ice creams, cookies and other desserts.
We do not recommend it in savory dishes, for which entire vanilla beans will be a better match.
To use your vanilla supreme, nothing could be simpler: just add a few grams to your preparation with a teaspoon, and you're done.
The suggested dosage is 0.2 to 0.3%, or only 2 to 3 grams per liter of preparation.
Unlike vanilla beans, caviar does not need to be heated or macerated to diffuse its aromas.
